Apparently, Wednesdays are wash days for some people.

El Centro Police responded to a North Imperial Avenue convenience store at about 10:30 Wednesday morning after reports that a woman wearing only underwear was washing her clothes in the window cleaning water at the gas pumps. The woman was asked to leave and she did. About an hour and a half later the woman returned to the store and was dancing near the entrance to the store. Police again asked to leave and provided her with some shorts before she left.
