(The City of Imperial presents Colorfest)...It will be held in Downtown Imperial Saturday evening.

It is the final Imperial Market Days of the season. It begins at 5 pm with the Family Fun 5K Color Run and live DJ, J2 Entertainment, the official Fitness DJ. The event will have all the Imperial Market Days  favorites, including Julian Pies, Dudley's Bread, local produce, food and craft vendors, and a family fun zone featuring a rock-climbing wall. This year the City has partnered with Nana's Kitchen to host the first ever Danny Jones Fitness Burrito eating contest. Ten contestants will compete in the timed event to see who can eat the most and take home the championship. The headline performance of the night is Flash Pants. The 80's tribute band will take the stage at 6:30 pm. The City says it will be a night of good food and fun for the entire family.
