(Man pulled from a canal)...Remote Video Surveillance Operators had spotted the individual.

They watched as the man crossed into the United States illegally. He entered the All American Canal, and made it across safely. He then entered a second canal, the New Briar Canal, which runs parallel to the All American. Border Patrol agents were notified as the man began to struggle.. The agents arrived at the scene and were able to pull the man from the canal. He was taken to El Centro, medically evaluated and then processed.
