Yuma County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal collision that occurred Wednesday afternoon.

YCSO reports that a Honda minivan and a golf cart collided in the area of County 14th Street and Avenue 14 1/2. The initial investigation shows the minivan was eastbound and the golf cart was westbound when the golf cart driver turned in front of the minivan. Harold Hartman, 85, of Yuma, the golf cart driver, was transported to Yuma Regional Medical Center where he died.
