(Groundbreaking Ceremony scheduled)...It will be held March 11th.

The Groundbreaking is the beginning of a major rehab project. Gafcon Incorporated will rehabilitate the vacant building at the corner of Neckel Road and Highway 86 in Imperial to enhance accommodations in the Imperial Valley. Participating in the ceremony will be Gafcon, the Imperial Valley Regional Chamber of Commerce and the City of Imperial. Included in the program will be remarks from project stakeholders and local officials. The Groundbreaking Ceremony begins at 10:00 am. The project is being called the Northpointe Development.
