El Centro police received a report of bicycles stolen from a local store.

Tuesday morning an employee of Wal Mart told police that someone apparently broke into the Garden Center patio by climbing a fence. The thief that took 4 bicycles from the Sporting Goods department and left the store through the fire exit. Value of the bicycles was listed at over $1,500.
