(Wind Advisory through Wednesday)...The National Weather Service issued the advisory Monday.

Wind gusts are anticipated through Wednesday. The Weather Service says strong winds gusting upwards of 40 to 55 miles per hour, and locally up to 55-65 miles per hour in some areas. The wind gusts will create blowing dust in many areas, decreasing visibility. The strongest winds are expected today, decreasing somewhat on Wednesday. The strong wind gusts are also expected in Yuma, as well as Imperial County, and north into Riverside County.
