An SUV needed up full submerged in a ditch Thursday evening.

The accident was reported at 6:22 p.m. on Gentry Road north of Kuhns Road. The driver of a Ford Explorer told officers that he ran off the road and into the ditch when another car got into his lane. The vehicle ended up about 20-feet down the into the drainage ditch, fully submerged. The driver sustained minor injuries. The accident remains under investigation.
