APR is a wholly owned subsidy of Atlas Corporation. They announced Wednesday it had extended a contract to povide approximately 75 megawatts of back-up energy for the Imperial Irrigation District through the current year. The extension follows APR's successful execution of services with the IID in 2021. APR's fast track power solutions assist the District in maintaining frequency and providing backup capacity within its 6,471 mile service territory.
