(Superior Court reapplies protocol)....It is due to the current surge in COVID 19 in the Community.

The Superior Court in the county is reimplementing physical distancing requirements throughout the courthouses, in addition to the changes implemented earlier this month, such as mask requirements. Signage and distance markers will be placed to limit seating in courtrooms and hallways to provide appropriate distancing. The court says they are continuing to maintain its safety protocols and are carefully assessing whether additional measures will be needed to further the health, safety and welfare of those that work or enter the courthouses, while keeping essential services open and available.
