The Sun Community Federal Credit Union Holtville branch was robbed Monday.

According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's San Diego field office, at about 11:00a.m. Monday a man entered the credit union on E. 5th Street and demanded money from a teller. The robber than took the money and left the bank on foot. The robber is described as a Black male, 35 to 40 years old, thin build, and standing about 5 feet 8 inches tall. The robber had a shaved head, wore a black hoodie, black pants and black boots, white-framed sunglasses with blue lenses, and a camouflage gaiter over his face. The FBI is asking for public help in identifying the robber. Anyone with information should contact the FBI's Imperial County office or the Imperial County Sheriff's Office.
