El Centro police are investigating a residential break-in that was reported Tuesday.

According to police reports, at about 4:00 p.m. two suspects broke in a window and took an estimated $8,000 worth of jewelry and other miscellaneous items. Police were provided descriptions of two suspects that were seen leaving the residence and there is also surveillance video of the suspects.
