(Photographer Shot at)...It happened at around 11:07 Sunday morning.

The initial report indicates a man was on the Colorado River Bank photographing activity at Morelos Dam, when an unknown black SUV was observed parking on the Mexico side of the river. While the victim was sitting down taking photos, two subjects were observed getting out of the SUV and walk towards the photographer. Two shots were fired towards the victim. The subjects departed in the SUV as Border Patrol agents arrived at the scene. The victim was not injured. Border patrol and Mexican authorities were advised of the incident. The case remains under investigation.
