(This year's Holiday Concert)...It is this Friday.

It is Jimmie Cannon's Valley Jazz Holiday Concert. It is held every year for the past 32 years. Valley Jazz will be directed by Renee Baker. Everyone is invited to turn out for a music filled evening of Jazz and Holiday favorites. Admission is free, with 2 food items for the IV Food Bank. Also at the event, the John Mordasini Scholarship will be presented. It is Friday, December 17 at 7:00 pm at the Jimmie Cannon Theater at Southwest High School in El Centro. Sponsors of Jimmie Cannon's Valley Jazz are Imperial Valley College, Central Union High School and the El Centro Education Foundation.
