(The Calexico Police Department)...They will host their yearly event.

It is a very special event. They call it Kids N Badges. The Department organizes volunteers from the police department and other first responders to accompany a chosen group of children on a Christmas Shopping spree. The 18th Annual Kids N Badges event will be held Tuesday. At 8:00 am they will all meet at the Calexico Denny's restaurant, before traveling across the Highway to the Calexico Walmart. The public is encouraged to come out and cheer on the participants in this year's Kids N Badges event
