(Communities showing Holiday Spirit)....Earlier this week the City of Calipatria held their Christmas Tree Lighting.

Calipat also posses the legendary 184 foot Flag Pole. They incorporate that with their annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony. The City strings lights from the Flag Pole, and it becomes the Calipatria Christmas Tree. Friday evening, the City of Holtville will host their Christmas in the Park and Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony. The event is held in Holt Park beginning at 5:30 pm and continuing until around 8:30 pm
