That is down from the 435 active cases reported on Tuesday. Deaths attributed to the virus remain at 766. There are 44 COVID positive patients hospitalized in the county, 14 are in Intensive Care. There are 578 Delta Variant cases in the county since the variant was first encountered in the county. State Tier Metrics for Imperial County indicate a positivity rate, 7 day average is at 9.4%. New Cases Per Day Per 100,000 population is at 24.10. Total Vaccine Doses administered in Imperial County are over 283,000.
