(Alert issued by the County)...It is a scam alert.

The County Department of Social Services says there have been text message scam targeting CalFresh recipients. They say Social Services will never send a text requesting any EBT card numbers or PINs. They say if you receive a message from the Department requesting that information disregard and delete the message.
