(Hospitalized COVID Patients)...The Numbers have gone up.

There are now 44 COVID positive patients Hospitalized in Imperial. County. 14 of them are in Intensive care. 18 ventilators are in use  throughout the County. State Tier Metrics for Imperial County indicate the Positivity Rate, 7 day average is at 10.6%. New Cases per day per 100,000 population are at 25.90. The state information, however, is more than a week old. Total COVID vaccine doses administered in the County are now at over 281,000. Delta Variant cases are reported at 578 in Imperial County, since the variant was first encountered in the County.
