As if high gas prices aren't bad enough , a credit card skimmer was found attached to a gas pump in El Centro.

Employees of the 7/11 store on South 4th Street in El Centro noticed that the payment system on one of the gas pumps was not working. A service technician was called to fix the pump and when the pump was checked he found a credit card skimmer directly behind the credit card reader. The Imperial County Weights and Measures Office is handling the investigation of the incident.
