(Multi-agency Active Threat Exercise)....It will be conducted at the Imperial County Airport.

The annual emergency training exercise will be held this week, Wednesday and Thursday. The exercise code name is Heatwave. Participating in the annual training will be the Transportation Security Administration, Federal Protective Services, Imperial Police Departmnent, Border Patrol, BORTAC and Borstar, County Fire/EMT, Bureau of Land Management, Imperial County Airport Authority, and American Medical Response. They will start at 10:00 pm Wednesday and 12:00 am on Thursday
