(Pre-trial continued)....Joseph Gonzales was in court earlier this month.

Gonzales is charged in the 2018 Westmorland homicidee of 21 year old Joseph Matuse. The defense attorney asked for a continuance, and it was granted. The pre-trial and trial setting will be on September 27 at the Imperial County Superior Court in El Centro. The suspect remains in custody with bail set at $1.5 million.
