(IID Board to hold a special meeting)....The meeting will be held Monday morning.

The meeting will be a closed session at Condit Auditorium in El Centro. In responce to the pandemic and consistent with executive orders, some or all the Board of Directors may attend the meeeting electronically or telephonically. The closed session will be a conference with legal counsel to discuss anticipated litigation in the Water Department. The meeting will be called to order at 9 Monday morning. If the Board takes any action during the meeting, it will be announced publicly at the end of the closed meeting.
