(Homicide Suspects preliminary hearing)....It was to have been held this past week.

Irma Magana and her attorney was in the El Centro Court. Before the proceedings could go very far, a request was made to continue the proceedings. The Judge rescheduled the hearing for September 22nd. Magana is one of the suspects in the homicide of 23 year old Daniella Gonzalez. The victim's body was found in the back seat of a vehicle that had been stopped by Brawley Police on Super Bowl Sunday. The driver of the vehicle was arrested at the scene. The passenger in the vehicle got away. Magana was later arrested in Brawley.
