It for for the Imperial and Yuma Valleys. The Weather service says temperatures will range from 113 to 118 degrees through Monday. It is recommended residents remain hydrated by drinking extra water. Avoid outdoor strenuous activity between 10 am and 8 pm. If you work outdoors, take numerous breaks in the shade as much as possible. Plan to be in an air conditioned building, if possible. If you go outdoors, know where the Cool Centers and Hydration Sites are located. A list is available at the Public Health website
