A stolen 2018 GMC cargo truck was recovered early Friday in El Centro.

The 20 foot long truck , a rental , was discovered in the parking lot of a shopping center on South Imperial Avenue shortly after 6:30 a.m. OnStar reported that an ignition block had been activated on the van. Police reported that two different license plates , one from Indiana and another from Utah , were found on the truck. The Utah plate had apparently been stolen in Chino , California.
