The State of California has extended the state's eviction moratorium through the end of September 2021.

Under recently passed legislation , AB832 , California will increase the value of reimbursement to cover 100 percent of past-due and prospective rent payments. Assistance to low-income Californians who have suffered economic hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic and small landlords will now total $5.2 billion.
