The City of El Centro is looking for community participation in the Strategic Planning Process.

The Strategic Plan is a tool that guides the City and community towards the future. The Plan will include setting goals and objectives to manage change , and may include community demographics , fiscal constraints , economic conditions , emerging technologies , and other issues that might affect the community in coming years.
