A 35-year old man was cited for Driving Under the Influence Friday night.

A bit before 11:00 p.m. , El Centro Police were notified of a man apparently passed out in a pickup truck at 4th and Wake. Police reported that someone tried to wake up the driver and when that was unsuccessful they turned off the ignition and activated the hazard lights. El Centro Police were able to wake up the driver. H e was then cited for Driving Under the Influence and the truck was towed.
