(Preliminary Hearing continued)....The hearing is for Ricardo Gabriel Valdez.

The Brawley Police Officer was arrested in July of last year. He is facing charges of Rape of an unconscious victim, sexual battery, burglary and assault by a police officer. Valdez was in court this month. His attorney asked for a continuance to allow the defense to review recently disclosed information. The judge agreed and continued the preliminary hearing until July 30th
