Janette Angulo, Director of the County Public Health Department, says they are at their lowest levels since the beginning of the pandemic. The positivity rate is also low at 2.1%. There are still only 3 COVID patients are hospitalized. Two are in Intensive Care. Angulo says the county numbers, in many areas, are lower than the state averages.
