(Convicted Felon tries to re-enter the US)....Yuma Sector Border Patrol says the man was found in a group.

Border Patrol agents encountered a group of 12 undocumented migrant recently at a Wildlife Refuge. During the records check they discovered 30 year old Brian Cruz Gutierrez, a Honduran national. In 2013 he had been convicted in Pomona, California for molesting a child under the age of 14. He was sentenced to 3 years in prison. After serving the sentence he was ordered removed from the United States. Agents say the man will be held for prosecution for re-entry of a felon after a prior removal.
