A tip from a citizen led El Centro Police officers to two illegally modified guns.

Friday morning ECPD officers responded to a report from a citizen that there were two men who appeared to be out cold in a vehicle with broken windows. Responding officers talked to the men and in the process located two illegally modified / manufactured hand guns in their possession. Both men were arrested and charges will be submitted to the Imperial County District Attorney's Office.
