An early morning accident resulted in damage to a light pole.

El Centro Police report that about 1:15 Tuesday morning a small SUV crashed into a street  light pole near La Brucherie and Orange Streets. The light pole was damaged and the SUV sustained major front end damage. Two juveniles in the vehicle were not injured and were released to their parents. ECPD expects to file charges of Hit and Run as well as Driving Without a License.
