(Deported Offender attempts to re-0enter the US)....It happened near Boulevard late last week.

At around 2:30 in the Morning, East San Diego County Border Patrol Agents encountered the man. It was determined he had entered the US illegally near Boulevard. The man was placed under arrest and he was taken to a nearby Border Patrol Station for processing. A records check determined the man was a 39 year old Mexican National. It also revealed he had been convicted of having sex with a minor in Fresno in 2003. He had subsequently been deported to Mexico. The man was processed and deported back to his country of origin.
