The judge gave jury instructions on Wednesday before turning it over to the jury. Annette Buttner has been charged with two counts of perjury, one count of filing a false declaration of candidacy and one count of grand theft. The charges surround Annette Buttners election to the Imperial County Office Of Education Board of Trustees. She was recently elected to serve on the Board of Trustees for Imperial Valley College, as well.
