The National Weather Service says expect high winds Sunday night and Monday.

Gusts as high as 45 mph are forecast for the Imperial and Yuma Valleys with the strongest gusts along the Colorado River Valley. With the wind and very low humidity the fire danger is elevated. A Wind Advisory has also been issued for the Valleys from 6:00 p.m. Sunday through 5:00 a.m. Monday.
