(Death under investigation)....The body was found by an unidentified individual.

The body had been discovered by the old air strip near Holtville. The original call was at around 1:42 Tuesday afternoon. A sheriff's deputy responded and found a black vehicle, with the body nearby. A weapon was found near the body. The County Coroners office was called in. An investigation is underway to determine how the man died and the possible motive. The victim's identity has not been released.
