Border Patrol agents say a Nissan Pickup drove up to the Checkpoint. The vehicle was sent to the secondary inspection area, where a canibne detection team alerted to the vehicle. Two packages were discovered on the male driver of the vehicle. Four more packages were found in the speaker box inside the cab of the pickup. All the packages tested positive for methamphetamine. The packages weighed almost 6 pounds and were valued at around $16,000. The driver, a US citizen, the narcotics and the vehicle were turned over to the Drug Enforcement Administration.
