(COVID death toll increases by 42)...The increase was reported in the most recent COVID update.

Monday's report indicated 633 deaths in Imperial County as compared to 591 reported Friday. The County Health Department says there wer not 42 COVID relatd deaths over the weekend. They say the problem was technical issues with the Dashboard. They say The Imperial County Public Health Department updated its computer system and so did the state. It turned out the two systems were not compatible. The reports had to be done in person and that crated a lag. The state and the county are now gtting more up to speed with each others system and the numbers are becoming more accurate.
