(Scams wilol not go away)....The IID has issued another public alert.

The Imperial Irrigation District says scammers are posing as utility representatives and contacting customers over the phone and through email. They are demanding immediate payment or financial information, threatening to disconnect the customer's electric service. They say these phone calls and emails are not coming from the IID. Danny Hurtado Jr., IID Customer Call Center Supervisor, says they encourage everyone to be aware that this activity is going on and to be cautious, especially during these challenging times. If you receive a scam call, hang up and call the IID.
