(Burglary at 1st Bank of Yuma)...It happened Sunday.

Yuma County Sheriff's Office responded to an early morning alarm. Deputies arrived at th Bank on South Fortuna Road and found the main glass door shattered. Investigators reviewed security video and were able to identify the suspect as 21 yar old Justice Donnelly of Yuma. The suspect was located and found to be in possession of evidence related to the incident. Donnelly was arrested and booked into Yuma County Detention Center, charged with burglary, criminal trespass and criminal damage.
