(Three top men in Mexico have contacted the virus)....That includes the President of Mexico.

President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrado has tested positive for COVID. The 67 year old has reportedly experienced mild symptoms and is isolated at his residence. The other two powerful men are not so lucky. Carlos Slim, the richest man in Mexico, and the 21st richest man in the world according Forbes magazine, has reportedly been hospitalized with the virus. 78 year old Cardinal Norberto Rivera Carrera, a retired Archbishop, has reportedly been in intensive care since January 12. The President has downplayed the seriousness of the coronavirus since it was first reported. Slim, however, has been a leading advocate in trying to get masks to every resident. There have been nearly 150,000 deaths in Mexico attributed to COVID 19, though officials say the true count is probably much higher. The death toll is the fourth highest in the world
