( Three men detained)...They were suspected of entering the US illegally.

Border Patrol agents found the men near Jacumba. A records check revealed all three were Mexican Nationals. The check also revealed one of the men, a 43 year old, had been convicted in 2009 for lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14. He was sentenced to 8 years in prison. He was deported back to Mexico in 2016. The man was being held in federal custody pending felony prosecution. The other two men wer processed and dported back to Mexico.
