(Former IID GM)….Kevin Kelley passed away.

Reports are he died at his home Tuesday morning. No details have been released. Kelley was a dedicated public servant. He worked in Public Relations, was a journalist, musician and long time General Manager of the Imperial Irrigation District. As GM Kelley was an ardent supporter of Imperial County Water Rights and the restoration of the Salton Sea. He is the brother of District 4 County Supervisor Ryan Kelley. Kevin is also survived by his wife, children and grandchild, his parents and other family members. He was 61.
