(Previously deported felon caught re-entering the Country)....It happened Sunday.

Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents tracked a group of seven illegal immigrants. The group was captured at around 6:30 pm in the desert southeast of Yuma. One of those arrested was 34 year old Jose Nicolas Olivares Gonzalez. A records check found the man had several arrests and convictions, including statutory sexual seduction. He also had a conviction of re-entering the US after being deported. He was placed under arrest to await federal prosecution. The other six were processed and deported back to Mexico.
