(Previously deported man arrested)...It happened Wednesday.

Yuma Sector Border Patrol agents arrested three Mexican Nationals who had entered the US illegally southeast of Yuma. Record checks revealed one of the 3 men had been arrested and prosecuted in California for having sex with a minor. He was deported back to Mexico after completing his sentence for the crime. The nman was taken into custody to await federal prosecution. The other two were processed and deported back to Mexico.
