Annette Gonzalez Buttner says she plans to serve both entities, until her term on the ICOE Board runs out. She reportedly has checked with the State Attorney General's office and no conflicts have been found, according to Buttner. There could be one problem with her plan. Buttner is also facing a trial on charges of filing fraudelant candidacy papers and grand theft. That trial is still pending and no date has been set.
