(Health Department seeking information)….It is to find out how the community feels about COVID vaccinations.

The Health Department has sent out emails to several residents, asking them to forward the email to others along with a link for the survey. The Survey is through Survey Monkey. The Health Department says the survey is an effort to better understand the attitudes and needs of the community as it relates to COVID 19 vaccinations. The survey is available in English and Spanish. They say the survey was crafted by the Public Health Department and will only take a dew minutes to complete. The questions focus on COVID 19 vaccine beliefs, transportation, vaccination site and time preferences to receive a COVID 19 vaccine. The deadline to respond to the survey is 11:00 pm December 22nd.
