(Queen contest)....Holtville has released little information of the annual Carrot Festival.

They hav, however, issued information on the Carrot Queen contest. Applications for the contet are currently open. Any young lady enrolled in any Imperial County School District is eligible to participate., The deadline to apply is 4:00 pm December 23rd.
